"With Yi hand in hand, with happiness" group construction expansion activities

The clouds are light and the wind is clear. In this green season, in order to promote the communication between departments of the company, improve the team cohesion and staff experience, the company held the Nantong Yiyi Interlining Co., Ltd. team development activity on June 6, 2020 in Nantong Zero Distance Nature Camp.

At noon, all staff will have earthwork experience + BBQ in groups, work together and share food together.

In the afternoon, all the staff held a variety of field activities, such as "ice-breaking tour", "Challenge NO1", "fingerboard challenge", "Caterpillar competition", "multi-directional tug-of-war" and so on.

The well-designed expansion projects aroused everyone's strong interest and enthusiasm. During the cross-over expansion experience, the team members, with common cooperation, conquered one project after another which was thought impossible. After each project, everyone shared the joy of success and the passion of challenge. I fully realized the management consciousness and art that are closely related to work, such as team trust, effective communication, empathy, reasonable organization, leadership, execution and teamwork. In the process of the activity, everyone actively participated in, faced difficulties head-on, and boldly challenged themselves. The team members refueled and encouraged each other to overcome psychological obstacles, and did not escape or give up. Every training, is a touched, every touched, is the shock from the heart.

In the evening, all staff gathered in Nantong Fuji Hotel to hold 2019 annual advanced individual and advanced collective commendation conference.

This activity effectively enhanced the courage and confidence of employees, and enhanced the sense of solidarity and cooperation among employees. At the same time, through mutual communication and learning, they realized the importance of mutual trust, teamwork and innovation. It will certainly play a positive role in improving the working efficiency of the company, enhancing the communication and coordination of various departments and improving the executive force. 

Through this outreach activity, we have enhanced our understanding of team strength, felt the importance of communication, cooperation, cohesion, mutual motivation, harmonious interpersonal relationship and compliance with group norms, promoted our collective sense of belonging to "Yi Yi" -- this big family, and demonstrated the spiritual outlook of "Yi Yi people".
